With rigorous inspection throughout the fabrication process, you are assured that your parts will be exactly what you require.
We can also develop product from the ground up. Our engineering department uses AutoCAD 2000 to design parts and complex assemblies. We can optimize a design and solve assembly problems before the parts are run, reducing the time required to produce a prototype.
We can also reverse engineer existing parts for production using our Virtek laser scanner. Flat part outlines can be scanned and a CAD model generated for CNC programming. This same technology allows us to inspect flat parts to within +/-0.003” to assure that you are getting exactly the parts you require. Our integrated engineering expertise will help you reduce your design and development time. |
