Formatic 2000 Inc. is at the “cutting edge” of metal fabrication technology with the purchase of a Trumpf 6000L combination CNC laser/punch press. Hydraulic punch technology enables the machine to punch at up to 900 strokes per minute, and allows high speed marking of parts at 2800 strokes per minute.

Trumpf’s state of the art 2000 watt laser will cut and laser etch parts from the same setup. Sophisticated control electronics and sensor-monitored part removal chutes allow automated processing of an entire sheet of material without operator intervention.
